Toronto Night Market
Some pictures from the recent Night Market. It was hot, with the occasional burst of rain, humid and jammed with people. I think they'll need to find a bigger site next year. The smelly tofu booth had the longest lines - up to 80 to 100 by my estimation. It was a tiring day for both my bf and I.
The sign says it all.
Smelly tofu - Mother Bear's Smelly Tofu. There was another booth that also sold smelly tofu. I think I'm used to the smell by now.
Food booths...
uhm... this isn't food, they also had many other booths selling everything from DVDs, books, cell phone accessories, souveniers etc...
I didn't stick around too long for the music - it was tiring.

Btw where's the Toronto night market located? coz some of my TO frds wanna go but dunno where it is =P

@zozoyork - it's over already, it's was only for one weekend.
Space is always a problem for the markets. One of our so called flea markets just put up an air conditioned building almost 3/4 mile long. But somehow the crowd and the weather adds to the enjoyment but tiring yes

Yum, food! I don't think I've had smelly tofu, but I must try it. Must!

smelly tofu and night market; that reminds me of my visit to TW earlier this year! I am not used to the smelling tofu yet, although many people swear by it. My youngest brother loves it, he would follow his nose for blocks in Hong Kong to buy some.
I was supposed to go but ended up taking my bro out for his birthday dinner. Wish I was there just to meet you!

A long line for tofu? The Toronto one seems to be bigger than the Richmond one we have in BC judging by that.
Is that you doing the singing? Toronto looks fun. I've only been to western Canada, Calg/Edmon/Vanc/Banff

@apocatim - oh no, I don't think anyone could bear to hear me sing. My bf turns on the radio in the car as soon as I start to hum.

@KAJ Family - sure, you can right click on the picture and save it to your disk. That was the only picture I have of the booth. Keep in mind that Xanga compresses pictures when it uploads them.
