What I Do on Sunday Nights
I’ve been watching Walking Dead since last year. I never thought I would be hooked on a show about zombies. So far the storyline has been riveting. The characters are interesting and even the zombies look good. So every Sunday night after I drive dad home, I plant my ass in front of the TV and pledge my allegiance to this show. In the interest of full disclosure, I should admit I have a soft spot for Glenn who is played by Steven Yeun. *swoons*
The writers better not mess around with this character. If he turns into a zombie, I’m gonna switch sides and cheer for zombies. If the writers kill him off, I’m gonna turn myself into a zombie and chase after those writers. My zombie inner self believes in inflicting as much pain as possible. Even Jack Bauer would cringe. But I hear there’s romance in the plotline for Glenn. This should be interesting.

Oh, even the zombies look good? Plus this Asian eye candy too….I think I’ll plant my ass in front of the tv by then! LOL
@CurryPuffy - I think a meal at a gourmet restaurant will easily distract you from zombies. But I’m too dedicated. hahaha…
I have been thinking about watching this show. Like you, I am not sure if I’ll be hooked on a show about zombies. But everyone is raving about it.
@ElusiveWords - Haha~you’re probably right about that! I’ll always be the hungry zombie. *nom nom*
If he’s anything like his comic version, you should be happy with him.
I enjoy this show very much too! I love all the blood and gore involved. haha JK. It’s an interesting show that makes you think about what you’ll do come a Zombie Apocalypse. I saw someone on the bus today watching season one on his notebook. And always nice to see an Asian on mainstream TV – despite the stereotyping and all. lol
I am lacking in my education. I do know about zombies but I do not watch the program. Now I will admit the young man is certainly some one to watch
.
Well I hope you will continue to watch this show without any intervention by unholy thoughts or people.
Thank you for all the loving comments you have left on my blogs Matt.
Guess what I plan to watch this Sunday, hehr
Ooooh. I’ve never heard of this show before, but I like watching asianam actors
as well as Jack Bauer!
yummy. he looks good. might have to fight you for him.
oh man. My first thought looking at the picture was… an asian in a zombie show? He’s going to die! Good to see another zombie enthusiast, although I haven’t seen this show yet.
@kev1nccho1 - the last show I got hooked on was 24. But the writing and storyline in the last couple of seasons weren’t that good.
@Roadlesstaken - oh goodie… I really don’t want to be cheering for a zombie, even if he is Asian.
@oxyGENE_08 - yeah, and these zombies aren’t that dumb. (if that is possible) I also like to see more Asians in mainstream TV and movies.
@Fatcat723 - I don’t know if you get this show on your cable TV. Aside from Steven, the writing and characters are actually quite good.
@ZSA_MD - no unholy thoughts here … hee hee.
@stevew918 - glad to see you up and around Steve. I hope this show doesn’t scare you.
@stepaside_loser - I think you’ll like this show. There are probably episodes from season 1 somewhere out in the internet.
@caki730 - hahaha… get in line!
@AzureRecollections - I never thought I would be hooked on zombies. hahaha… I hope this Glenn character doesn’t die too early.
I programmed my DVR already so I do not miss it. More important, I can fast forward the scary part, and freeze the Asian eye candy part, lol. Normally I do not enjoy scary movies because I can easily scared myself silly if I watch it by my self. Hope I do not have nightmare tonight after watching, hehe.
Oh, you are so unbiased, Matt. Ha ha!
