Scratching
At a recent dinner at my dad's place, my brother and his wife were
sitting in the sofa. We were all making the usual small talk when he shifted forward and at
the edge of the sofa instead. I figured it's probably because the sofa
wasn't that comfortable and supportive. Then I noticed his wife's hand
moving up and down behind his back. He was getting his back
scratched! I told my bf the story. I said, won't it be a blast if you
showed up at the next family dinner and then join my sister in law in
the post dinner back scratching? He replied HA! You wish! Well - that idea didn't go over that well.
Long time readers will remember the steak knife that I once used for
scratching my back. Since then I have found my back scratcher. I
don't carry it around when I'm out walking. But I improvise. Do you recognize
this? Thank goodness my tetanus shots are all up to date.

yes, that's the telephone pole outside my home ... like every telephone pole in Toronto
You could always get one of these
Scratching yourself with a knife!?!?! That's SO dangerous. And with that pole, even worse. LOL!
That was one hilarious post Matt. I needed that today.
THis post reminds me of the toilet paper bear commercial

This comes in very timely! When I was taking a shower tonight, my back was itchy and I could not reach the spot. I was thinking of your blog! I just hope there is a safer way!
Gosh! Please don't get the idea of scratching your back against that telephone pole!!
Interesting entry!
Well, ifi you have the choice between the telephone pole and the knife ---I would suggest your BF
.
RYC; I am not sure where the art got lost but that is a good idea.
OPHS I better put the translation somewhere on my blog - but I was born in the year of the Dragon so ----Never Tickle A Sleeping Dragon" seemed appropriate.
yikes! i hope you don't scratch your back on that! you should scratch your bf's back after dinner, then make him return the favor!
Aren't the purpose of boyfriends to scratch your back and give you a shoulder massage?
At first, the picture looked like airplanes seen from above.
@christao408 - well, I thought so too!
i just force my arms to bend in ways normal arms shouldn't to scratch my back.
